Anacaona Bar is the antechamber of Anacaona Restaurant, in it you can degust a variegate and colourful selection of national and international cocktail - drink, among them, mojitos, daikiris, and rums, as well as the selling of famous Cuban Cigars.

From light meals like pizzas, sandwiches, meats and grilled fishes, to delicious plates from the international kitchen offers Saratoga Observatory Bar Restaurant. Besides offers special service cocktails, parties, gala dinners previous reservation, that includes the performance of musical groups, aquatic ballet, among others, on request of the client.

The breakfast and lunch are offered in a buffet way. Besides at lunch and dinner time you can choice the carta or menu. The hosts have the possibility to order dietetics food and special plates. You can reserve on regimen of half pension, bed and board or lodging and breakfast.

Welcome to my site dedicated to the famous and historical Hotel Saratoga in Habana. I am "poco a poco" researching and updating it with the aim to provide as complete as possible record of the hotel's ancient and recent history; bearing in mind that the goings-on today may one day be of historical interest.

My site is NOT the official website of the current hotel operator, and is by no means endorsed by them; but I am grateful for their help with the research and supplying some of the photographs. ASAP I will try to have only my own photos taken with my nice new camera.
