Loved it
By the time I reached the Saratoga I had spent 15 days in Cuba having travelled throughout the countryside and also staying 1 night at the Hotel Nacional in Havana at the beginning of my tour. The Saratoga was by far the highlight of the accommodation I experienced in Cuba. It is a beautiful building, tastefully furnished and run with a quiet efficiency. The staff were both helpful and delightful, everything worked (which lets face it is a rarity in Cuba) and the massage I booked in for was both reasonably priced and thoroughly enjoyable. As a Westerner you cannot expect from Cuba the same level of service and services as you may get in comparable hotels in other countries but I'm telling you the Saratoga comes jolly close to hitting the 5 star mark. A fabulous stay in a gorgeous hotel. I certainly hope to return to Cuba and would not dream of staying anywhere else when I do.

Not so good!
I loved the location, the look of the hotel and the room (with its wonderful view!). However, the service was generally not satisfactory, but particularly in the restaurant where the food was disappointing and the service from the waiters was perfunctory to say the least. Getting coffee at breakfast was an achievement and a smile from the staff would have been a miracle. I am sorry to say this as I loved Havana and I really enjoyed my stay there, but I would not stay at the Saratoga again.

Dear Sir or Madam I wonder if you would do me a favor. Some time ago my family and I came to your town on vacation and stayed at your hotel. We want to express to you our gratitude for your warm welcome and good service. Our children were very happy and satisfied your Hotel. My wife and I also had a great time and got a lot of positive emotions. Thank you once again for the wonderful time we spent with you. Your staffs were so kind to me; I do not know how to thank you. My family really enjoyed your hotel. I will recommend your hotel to my friends. My children said that your hotel The Best. If you need we will leave great feedback of your hotel on tripadvisor.com. Unfortunately I was called urgently to work and we do not have any souvenirs of stay at your hotel.
